Jubilee Ministry

Jubilee is a ministry of joint discipleship in Christ with poor and oppressed people, wherever they are found, to meet basic human needs and to build a just society.  This ministry and outreach effort is at the heart of the mission of the church.

Every Sunday afternoon at 3 pm, St. James' offers a place to worship and enjoy a hot meal for our homeless friends and neighbors.

Worship is led on most Sundays by a team of lay ministers. Teams of parishioners rotate from week to week to cook and serve the meal.

This important ministry offers so much to so many people. If you’d like to join one of the teams, please contact Sharia Wade or Dr. Joe Bedford.
